Ham & Cheese Puff Pastry Rolls! :-)
Some of the cheese leaked out and formed 2 scary eye-ball looking lumps hahahaha
Really simple to make using puff pastry, honey baked ham, and The Laughing Cow® Original & Cheddar Slices!
LOVE the gooey cheese *_*
Simply thaw your frozen puff pastry (or make your own, if you have the patience & cold hands heh) before rolling them into a rectangle, then layer ham and cheese slices on top.
Slice into 3 thin rectangles length-wise, and roll them up, sealing the edges. Connect the ends of the thin rectangles into a large swirl :)
Brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle some sesame seeds for extra fragrance :) Bake at 180°C for about 25mins or until desired brownness.
